Study break!

Finals are rapidly approaching at Skagit Valley College: Whidbey Island Campus. That means long days of studying, looming deadlines, and the persistent aura of stress.

Luckily, WAIF had the perfect solution.

We took five furry friends to campus on Wednesday, proving definitively that the antidote to school stress is cat snuggles.

Many students stopped in to meet our shelter cats, Crow, Falcon, Sparrow, Triscuit and Trail Mix. They played and snuggled with them, enjoying a well earned study break and providing crucial socialization and enrichment for the cats!

Thank you, Skagit Valley College, for hosting us and allowing our shelter cats to enjoy an afternoon of love and attention. They had a great time!
