A pretty brown and white pitbull terrier, Nora is not yet two years old. She did not appear to have had much socialization before her arrival at the shelter and she is quite shy with people she doesn’t know. Once she warms up to someone, she is a great dog but she needs a very patient owner willing to work with her to help her build confidence and trust. She also needs work on obedience training. Nora needs a home with no cats, no female dogs, and no kids under 10 years of age. She weighs 52 lb.
- No cats
- No other female dogs
- No kids under 10 years of age
Believed to be about 2 years of age, Nora came to the shelter as a very shy dog who appeared to have not been very well socialized. Shelter staff has worked with her extensively and she has come a very long way. She is still somewhat shy and because of that, she does not show well in her kennel. Out in the play yard, she is a completely different dog; she loves to romp and play and runs around with a huge doggy grin on her face. Nora needs a home with an experienced owner who understands and appreciates shy dogs and who will give her time and work with her as she builds trust and confidence. She would love to have a home with a big yard where she could run and play. In addition, Nora is looking for a home with no cats, no other female dogs, and no kids under 10 years of age. In the right home, Nora will be an awesome friend! Lean more about her on her webpage: https://waifanimals.org/dog/nora/ or give the shelter a call at (360) 678-8900 ext 1100. We hope you enjoy her new video and we think you'll agree that she looks pretty in pink!
